They’ve outsourced my produce!
I shouldn’t have to choose whether to buy organic or imported produce but, apparently, I do. It seems that a lot of organic foods are now being grown overseas, in order to decrease costs. Funny, I haven’t noticed that my food bill is any less. Read more about it here.

It’s more and more important to get back to growing our own food these days if we want to live sustainably. Food security is a big issue globally, and teaching our kids to grow their own food is an important life skill.
We can have local and organic no problem when we grow our own.
